“Ecotourism” is the word of the day as gang goes mountain biking along the hamakua coast of the Big island. After a quick mountain biking lesson, the gang encounters many historic and splendid wonders like the ancient taro patch, queens bath, native plants and animals and more as they bike their way down slopes of the old sugar plantation. With the beach in site, the gang pedals to a stop at the Hamakua Beach park where Lisa rolls out the ingredients for their healthy pita bread roll-ups.
